June 2020 - The Clockmaker's Daughter

Our book for June, 2020 is The Clockmaker's Daughter by Kate Morton.

Everyone is responsible for getting their own copy of the book.

The Toronto Public Library has multiple copies and it may be possible to reserve a physical book when the library re-opens for pickups and returns on June 1st.   E-books are always available.

Chapters also has copies. Delivery may be slower than usual due to physical distancing in the time of COVID-19.

The meeting will be held via ZOOM on June 23, 2020 at 8pm.   I will send out the  ZOOM invite to the book club distribution list a few days in advance.

Stay safe. Stay home. Wash your hands. Read books.

May 2020 - The Glenwood Treasure

This month's book is The Glenwood Treasure by Kim Moritsugu.   We will be meeting by Zoom due to COVID-19.

The meeting will be May 26, 2020. 8pm.   The link to the Zoom meeting will be emailed.

Although we were unable to pick up the book club set we had reserved, I hope you will  join even if you did not have the opportunity to read the book.

Stay safe. Stay home. Wash your hands.

No sooner have we finished with October's book then here we are madly rushing to get into our November book. This is one I've been waiting to read for years. Multiple people have recommended it. I'm so happy that we have got the book club set at last.
